6 Meals To Make In 15 Minutes Or Less!


Save yourself the time and hassle. Here are 6 recipes to get dinner on the table fast!

1. 15 Minute Lasagna

15 Minute Lasagna

1/2 lb lean ground beef
2 cups diced onion
2-3 garlic cloves, minced
1 (9.6 oz) bag Jimmy Dean pre-cooked turkey sausage crumbles OR 1/2 lb cooked pork breakfast sausage
8 oz (about 10) lasagna noodles, broken into 1/4ths
1 (10 oz) can Ro-tel diced tomatoes (or regular diced tomatoes)
1 cup tomato sauce
2 cups water
salt and pepper to taste, about 1/2 teaspoon each
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
4 oz fresh mozzarella pearls


2. 2 Minute Omelette in a Mug

1 Tbsp of meat, diced (I used ham in todays omelette, but I sometimes use a frozen turkey sausage link)
1 Tbsp of salsa
1 Tbsp shredded cheese
olive oil or cooking spray

1/4 cup KRAFT Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing, divided
4 small bone-in chicken breasts (2 lb.)

½ cup chopped cilantro leaves
½ cup peanuts, divided
Juice of half a lime
1 Tablespoon fish sauce (or salt)
2 teaspoons peanut oil
1 teaspoon rice wine vinegar
1 teaspoon ginger root, roughly chopped

1 McCormick Skillet Sauce – Taco with Chipotle & Garlic
1 Can Red Gold Diced Petite Tomatoes With Cilantro & Lime
1 Can Pinto Beans, drained & rinsed
1 Cup Yellow Corn Tortilla Chips, slightly crushed
1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
Various Toppings – onions, avacado, tomato, salsa, sour cream, flour tortillas, tortilla chips, etc.


6. 15 Minute Tuna Croquettes

(1) five ounce can of Bumblebee light tuna or (1) five ounce pouch of Bumblebee tuna (albacore recommended)
2 eggs
1 onion, diced and sauteed
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
cooking oil
