Another Doubler Idea – Free Fruit!

+ = Free!
Who ever said couponing food was unhealthy? Right now the Kelloggs “Touch of Honey” Corn Flakes are $1.67 (not the healthy part). Almost all of these (I’ve seen them everywhere) have $1 off fresh fruit peelies that you can double!

So this is what I did:

3 boxes of Corn Flakes = $5
3lbs of Pears = $1 (yes! that’s a GREAT price! you can buy any fruit)
Used (3) $1/Fruit peelies and 3 doublers = -6
Final price = TAX ONLY!

There are tons of the Corn Flakes – they have been stocked at most stores.

You can use the Flakes for casserole toppings or breading for chicken and canned pears are also a great idea! Why not, it’s free.

::EDIT:: I failed to notice that the coupon says Do Not Double! If your albertsons does not allow doubling on these coupon you can still get a great deal on the cereal by using a $1/2 found in blinkies in the cereal isle. This would make the cereal only $.17 when you buy fruit. Not free, but still a good deal!
