Hello Dear Friends! Happy Raisin Day!
Again, We will share another list of easy and delicious recipes for today’s holiday! I just love Pinterest because of these great food collections! 🙂 Check this out!

1. Raw Cinnamon Raisin Cookie Dough Balls

For the balls:
¾ cup (75 grams) walnuts
¾ cup (67 grams) rolled or traditional oats (non-contaminated for GF)
1 cup (180 grams) dates
¾ cups (180 grams) raisins
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 teaspoons cinnamon
½ – 1 cup (60 – 120 grams) oat bran or more oats
½ – 1 cup (45 – 90 grams) rolled or traditional oats

For the frosting:
1 tablespoon coconut oil, softened but not melted
2 tablespoons honey (agave for vegan)
1 teaspoon cinnamon


2. Cinnamon Raisin Bread

1 cup Milk
6 Tablespoons butter
2-1/2 teaspoons Active Dry Yeast
2 whole eggs
1/3 cup Sugar
3-1/2 cups Flour
1 teaspoon salt

Mix the following in a small bowl
1/2 cup raisins
1/3 cup sugar
2 Tablespoons Cinnamon

For rubbing
2 tablespoons butter, melted

Egg And Milk, Mixed Together, For Brushing
Softened Butter, For Smearing And Greasing

4 cups raisins
4 cups water
1 cup brown sugar
5 Tbl cornstarch
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp lemon juice
3 Tbl butter
1 tsp vanilla

1 cup raisins
2 cans (12 fluid ounces each) NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Evaporated Milk
4 large eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, melted
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Caramel sauce (optional)

2 cup skim milk, warmed
4 oz butter, melted
7 cup flour, divided
2 pkg (0.25oz each) quick rise yeast

For the Coating:
3/4 cup butter, melted
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup cinnamon

For the Filling:
2 apples, cored and diced (I leave skin on)
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup golden raisins

For the Icing:
1 cup powdered sugar
2 Tbsp milk
