2 bottles beer (660ml) + water if needed
3oz (85g) sharp cheddar cheese, grated

5 good quality bratwurst sausages
24 oz beer or other liquid
2 large onions, halved, peeled and sliced
1 pat butter

Ingredients:

1 onion, sliced
1 bottle of bock style beer
1 lb fresh bratwurst or Italian sausages
2 cups beef broth
2 tbsp butter
3 cups sauerkraut, drained on paper towels
1/4 cup frozen sweet peas (optional)
salt and pepper

Ingredients:

2 large potatoes, peeled & cubed
4-5 carrots, peeled and chopped
3 celery stalks, chopped
1 large green bell pepper, cubed
1 small yellow onion, diced
2 pkgs. Johnsonville Stadium Bratwurst links, sliced
2 cups hot water
2 chicken bouillon cubes or 2 tsp. chicken bouillon paste
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp.black pepper
1 tsp. basil
1 pint or 2 cups half & half cream
3 tsp. cornstarch
3 tsp. water

Grilled Hot Tub eer Brats

Ingredients:

2 pounds fresh bratwurst sausage (about 8)
2 large Vidalia onions, quartered and sliced (for about 6 cups sliced)
1/2 cup (1 stick) of cold butter, sliced
1/2 teaspoon of crushed red pepper flakes, or to taste, optional
1 teaspoon of Creole or Cajun seasoning (like Slap Ya Mama), or to taste
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper, or to taste
4 large toes of garlic, smashed
2 to 3 pints of a pale lager or pilsner style beer
Pistolette mini po’boy rolls, or other hard roll such as semmels
