⅔ cup brown sugar
½ cup sugar
3 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 teaspoons garlic powder
¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon water
