Ingredients:

Crust
1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
6 Tbsp butter, melted
⅓ cup sugar
Filling
1 (4 serving) package Instant Vanilla Pudding
¾ cup Root Beer
½ cup milk
2 tsp Root Beer Concentrate
8 oz whipped topping, thawed
optional ~ additional whipped topping and cherries for garnish

2 eggs
1 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon root beer ( extract or concentrate )

For the Root Beer Jell-o
2 envelopes Knox gelatin
1/2 cup cold water
1/2 cups boiling water
1/2 cup sugar
2 cups Root Beer
For the Ice Cream Jell-o
3 envelopes Knox gelatin
1/2 cup cold water
1 cup boiling water
1/4 cup sugar
2 cups Vanilla Ice Cream

5. Root Beer Float Cupcakes

Root Beer Float Cupcakes

Ingredients:

For the cake:

2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 stick unsalted butter
1 1/2 cups Root Beer (12 oz can, I used A&W)
2 tsp Root Beer Extract
3/4 cup unsweetened coca powder
1 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup light brown sugar
2 eggs

For the frosting:

2 sticks unsalted butter, room temperature
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 oz semi-sweet chocolate melted and cooled
1/3 cup Root Beer (I used A&W)
1 tsp Root Beer Extract
4 cups confectioner’s sugar
