Bacon Wrapped Chicken – Crock Pot

A tasty, comforting, great for cold weather, easy dish to pull together. Just toss it all in your crock pot, then whip up some mashed reds and steam a veggie, and you are ready to eat!  It makes a nice gravy for your potatoes, or put it over rice or noodles.  You would think the bacon would be soggy, but it cooks through and is nice and tender, like the chicken.

Serves 4-6 for about $1.10/serving
