Buffalo Ranch Chicken Sliders

IMG_8675

Buffalo hot wings seem to be all the rage these days.  Those flavors are being used in dips, sandwiches, spreads, etc.  When I saw this Pin on Pinterest, I knew I had to give them a shot.  You can’t go wrong with an easy and delicious Crock Pot meal, especially when they are this tasty.  This makes for a great summer dinner, especially when you don’t want to slave away in a hot kitchen.  It would also make a great party food, or to bring to a Pot Luck, etc.  So give them a shot, they are quick, easy, and not as spicy as you would think with the Ranch Dressing in it, so the whole family should enjoy this one.  If you like them a bit more spicy, add a bit more buffalo sauce to your slider, or even some Blue cheese or Ranch salad dressing.

Serves 8-12 for about $0.70/serving

INGREDIENTS:

6-8 chicken breasts (I put mine in frozen) – ($4-$5)

1 bottle Franks Red Buffalo Hot Sauce – ($2.28)

1 package Ranch Dressing Seasoning Mix – ($0.43)

DIRECTIONS:

Lay chicken in crock pot.  Cover with sauce and Ranch mix.  Cook on low 5-6 hours.

Shred chicken and enjoy on some dinner rolls as sliders, or on a salad.  It’s tasty just as is too!

ENJOY!
