Caramel Apple Dip

IMG_1620

I first had this dip a few years back at some sort of church function, and had to have the recipe.  Then when I went to make it, of course I could not find the recipe!  Ha, well, I guess I will just wing it.  I remembered the basic ingredients, and just went for it, and it turned out great!  Everyone loved it, and the kids kept sneaking into the leftovers and dipping their fingers in it.

Makes about 2 cups for less than $3.00

INGREDIENTS:

1 8 oz. block cream cheese, softened – ($1.28)

1/4 cup brown sugar

1 Tbsp vanilla

1/2 jar caramel topping – ($0.96)

DIRECTIONS:

Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and blend together.

Serve with apple slices, Nilla wafers, graham crackers, etc.

ENJOY!!
