Crispy Onion Chicken

Everyone loved this chicken, so I will surely be making it again.  With only 3 ingredients, it was quick and easy.  I changed it up by soaking the chicken in buttermilk for a few hours, and omitted the mustard as I don’t really care for honey mustard.  It also helped to keep the chicken nice and tender.  Below recipe is what I followed off of.  I also just used chicken tenders instead of breasts, but I think you could use whatever cut of chicken you prefer.

Serves 4 for about $1,00/serving

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
3/4 cup honey mustard (I soaked mine in buttermilk)
2 cups French’s French Fried Onions, crushed

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.  Dip each chicken breast in honey mustard then coat in crushed french fried onions.  Place in a baking dish lined with foil and sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
