Crock Pot French Onion Pork Chops

onionchops

If you like pork chops, these babies were excellent!!  SO stinking easy, but oh so good and full of flavor.  Cooking pork in the crock pot, I have found, to be easy, and a sure way to cook it through, and it always seems to be tender and moist.  This recipe was excellent, you should give it a try!!  We enjoyed it with some green beans, pears, and Seasoned Roasted Potato Halves.

Serves 4-6 for about $0.90/serving
