DIY Year Round Herbs

IMG_0280

I planted an herb garden this year, and it has been so great to have fresh herbs all summer.  But now, it is starting to grow out of control, and I can’t use them up as fast as they are growing.

In order to not waste any of them, I wanted to freeze them, so I could use them throughout the Fall and Winter.  I found this page, on how to freeze them in olive oil, to keep them green, and easy to use in anything.  I got to it, and it was so easy!  I am excited to have fresh herbs all winter, and not have to purchase them at the grocery store.
