My favorite handmade gifts have always been anything my girls made me. From the simplest card, to the lopsided clay vase. (at least I think it was a vase!) My most memorable, however, came from my oldest when she was 7 or 8. It was a book she made on "Why I Love My Mom". It had poems, drawings, and dozens of reasons why she loved me. It was beautiful, and it looked like it took months to make. She wrapped it herself, and was by far one of my very favorite gifts of all times. I still cherish it. It also taught me that time and love put into gifts mean so much more than the price you pay.
I'm lovin' your blog. I've blogged about the giveaway @ http://www.hissyfitsandhalos.blogspot.com
    Happy Holidays!
