Hot dog wraps

A simple meal the kids will love!  My Mom made these for us when we had just gotten in to town for our visit.  I don’t know why I had never thought to make these before.  They would probably be good with kielbasa sausages too!

Serves 4 for about $0.66/wrap

4 bun length hot dogs – $1.99

1 crescent roll tube – $1.28

cheese, we used cheddar, but pepper jack would be good too! – $2.00

  1. I make these for dinner every now and then. We call them Pigs in a Blanket.

  2. Yeah, my Mom grew up calling them “Weiner Wraps”…I thought Hot Dog Wraps just sounded better, but yes, they are basically just Pigs in a Blanket.
