Three Ingredient Ranch Pork Chops


This is one of the easiest and yummiest ways to make pork chops!  I love easy, and I especially love being able to use my crock pot.  As a busy Mom, and a triathlete, I need some extra time to get out of the house for myself and train, and the crock pot lets me do that….as long as I plan ahead!  I threw this together the night before, with the pork chops still frozen, and then was able to take it out of the fridge in between running errands the next morning, and we had a yummy dinner ready to go!  We like to have these chops over mashed red potatoes, but they go well with pasta and rice also.

Serves 6 for about $1.20/serving



6 pork chops, 1 inch thick – $6.18

1 packet dry Ranch Dressing seasoning – $0.28

10 oz can cream of chicken soup – $0.78



Place pork chops in the slow cooker.  Sprinkle ranch packet over top, and then the soup.  Cook on low for 6 hours, or high for 4 hours.

    Seems like as a triathlete, you’d be posting recipes that are a little healthier. I’m all for easy, but calling this a recipe? Might be a stretch. Seems like a crock pot full of preservatives and junk. Maybe you could start posting things that are easy AND good for you?

    Lindsey, I hope you will come back later and find something that YOU enjoy, and that you would make for your family 🙂 For me, during a busy week, this is an easy meal to throw together, with healthy sides…better than grabbing fast food.

  4. I’m sure going to try it! Don’t worry about the naysayers, Jessica. Remember, they used to tell us to eat Margarine because Butter was bad for you. Now, they say Butter is Better! Thanks for the new crockpot idea.

  5. Yeah that comment wasn’t very nice. If the recipe isn’t your preference, simply move on and find something you DO like. I don’t understand why people are purposely mean. Anyways, Thank you Jessica for the recipe, I personally LOVE crockpot recipes that are easy, with minimal ingredients. I’ll be trying this today! Thank you! 🙂
