Kids love ice cream, especially different flavors that tempt their taste buds. Here are some Creative and unique flavors of ice cream you can make from home!

1. Sweet Cream Red Velvet Ice Cream (No Machine Needed)

Sweet Cream Ice Cream
1/2 c granulated sugar
2 T cornstarch
2 c heavy cream
1 c whole milk
1/4 c light corn syrup

Red Velvet Cake
1 boxed cake mix with ingredients listed on box
1 container cream cheese icing


2. Cinnamon Nectarine Ice Cream

1 container whipped topping
1 can sweetened condensed milk
3 nectarines, diced into 1/4 inch pieces
3/4 tsp cinnamon


3. Roasted Rhubarb Dairy Free Ice Cream

1 lb Rhubarb, cut into chunks
2 tablespoons Brown Sugar
1 package Soft Silken Tofu
1 cup Soy Milk
1/3 cup Oil
1 cup Sugar
dash of Salt
1 tablespoon Vanilla

2 medium, ripe Hass avocados
1/2 cup raw honey
1/2 cup coconut/almond milk
2 teaspoons mint extract
1/2 cup Paleo chocolate chips or chocolate chunks

Lemon Curd Ice Cream
2 eggs + 2 egg yolks
165g caster sugar
80g chilled butter
Zest and juice of 2 lemons
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 cups cream

Cobbler topping
60g plain flour
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
20g unsalted butter
1/4 cup raw caster sugar
1 egg
20ml buttermilk
Raw sugar (extra) and cinnamon for scattering on top
Icing sugar, to serve

Blueberry Mixture
350g blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1 tablespoon raw caster sugar
1 tablespoon plain flour
1 tablespoon dark rum
1/2 teaspoon vanilla bean paste, or vanilla extract

Ice Cream:
1 container sour cream
1 c. plus 2 tablespoons sugar
1 c. half-and-half
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
0.25 tsp. salt
vanilla bean
Pear Compote:
4 tbsp. unsalted butter
0.50 c. sugar
1 stick cinnamon (optional)
2 tsp. brandy
1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
3 large firm-ripe Bartlett pears
