Mini-Cheese Biscuits

I grew up with these tasty little morsels, and occasionally make them for my family.  They are a quicker version of a biscuit, without all the rolling and biscuit cutting.  These are super easy, and taste great with soups, salads, roasts, etc.

Serves 6-8 for as little as about $0.75!

Biscuit dough

1 cube butter, melted

Parmesan cheese

Make your biscuit dough.  (You could even use store bought biscuit dough or a mix, I just made them from the Betty Crocker Cookbook, the recipe for Baking Powder Biscuits.)

Cut dough with scissors into 1″ pieces into a casserole dish, or just tear off Tbsp amounts of dough and place in dish.  Pour melted butter over biscuits.
