Painting Lulu: Paper to Digital Coloring Book At Amazon For $8.72 (27% Off)

A few weeks back the kids received the Meet Lulu coloring book, I knew immediately that it was going to be a big hit with my kiddos. The Painting Lulu Paper-to-digital coloring pack provided my kids with hours of entertainment.

As it’s said on the website, each pack comes with a crayon stylus that is easy for kids to grip and causes no damage to the screens of our tablet. It was an awesome way for the kids to change it up from their regular apps and color some great little masterpieces both on and off the screen.

The kids thought it was just the coolest thing that the work they did on paper could then be scanned and be a part of the app, where they could continue coloring where they left off. It was helpful for us too that you can keep the coloring on the app because our three-year-old hasn’t quite mastered the “color inside the lines” aspect, and takes a more creative path… aka she likes to scribble on top of pictures. The app allowed her the freedom to do so without ruining—ahem, adding to— the existing picture.

But what we really enjoyed the most was the “photo booth” option, which allowed us to scan an outline of anything in our home and upload it to the app for the kids to color. They especially got a kick out of taking pictures of the 8-month-old and coloring her clothes!

We would definitely recommend this fun blend of technology and good old fashioned coloring to any family!

Available now at Amazon for $8.72 (was at $11.99).
