Peppermint Candy Gift

peppermintgift

So easy, so cheap, and fun to do!!  The kiddos enjoyed helping unwrap all the mints…and eating them as well.  I scored on the mints at Joann’s, clearance for $0.50/bag, so all together, this little piece of Christmas cheer cost all of about $2.00 to make.  I got the idea from here, and just did it how I thought would work best.  So grab a tissue box, which you may already have on hand, some peppermint candies, a bit of ribbon and your glue gun, and start decorating!

  1. Such a cute idea! One question: How do you keep the candies from attracting critters? Can you use some type of sealer? Thanks and Merry Christmas! 🙂

  2. Thanks Jackie, it was super easy! I am not sure about keeping critters away, but I am sure some sort of spray sealant would work…haven’t tried it yet though!!
